Pricing
Our pricing structure is very simple. After selecting your ideal candidate, you’ll only pay a one-time flat fee with no hidden costs or ongoing charges.
Our fees
We only charge a one-off fee equivalent to 20% of the candidate's annual salary with no recurring fees or hidden costs, to be paid only once you make a hire.
3-month satisfaction guarantee
After a candidate has been placed, we provide a 3-month satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason the candidate you hire doesn't work out for you, we’ll replace the candidate for free if necessary. Alternatively, you can allocate the fee towards another role.

You’ll hire and pay the candidate directly as a contractor or through an Employer of Record. In most cases, we recommend you hire them as a contractor as there are additional costs associated with using an EOR and the employee usually won’t mind.

We’re focused on full-time permanent positions for the majority of our clients. That said, we can accommodate part-time requests, but since it takes us the same amount of work and time to find full-time or part-time talent, we’ll still need to charge our fee based on the full-time salary equivalent of the candidate. Let us know in advance if you’re looking to fill a temporary or part-time position.

The process usually takes 2 weeks, sometimes more, sometimes less. From enquiry to placement, the fastest we've been able to place a candidate so far has been only 4 days! We’ll be able to present the first candidates in 5 business days in most cases. We’ll let you know how long we estimate the process will take once we know what you need.

Depending on where you’re based, Latam’s time zone difference with the US goes from 2 hours behind to 4 hours ahead. Here are some examples:
🇦🇷 🇧🇷 Argentina & Brazil are 1 hour ahead of EST / 2 hours ahead of CST / 4 hours ahead of PST.
🇲🇽 Mexico is 2 hours behind EST / 1 hour behind CST / 1 hour ahead of PST.
🇨🇴 Colombia is 1 hour behind EST / Same time zone as CST / 2 hours ahead of PST.
