I can't recommend Proppel enough. We've worked with Leandro twice already for candidates and are exceptionally happy with whom he found for us.

I initially reached out to Leandro in a state of panic after we had an employee not work out. Our operations were in slight disarray, with every team member scrambling to cover existing client responsibilities. Within three days, Leandro had secured three different candidates for us to interview (out of the many that he vetted).  He sent over their resumes, which are all formatted in the same way by Proppel, making it very easy to compare and contrast. From there we selected the ones we wanted to chat with, all three in our case, and proceeded with the interviews. They were all qualified, excellent at English, and seemed like genuinely nice people who would be fun to work with— an often undervalued trait in my experience with other hiring services.

Leandro was a huge help throughout the entire interview process as well, giving his thoughts on which of the candidates were best for what type of specific role. After we selected our favorite, he helped facilitate the final salary (seriously unbeatable value for the quality of work), and we were done!

Finding a media buyer went so well that we immediately engaged Proppel to help us find a designer. That process went even quicker, and we had a full-time designer placed within four days. She's also amazing and already a valuable member of our team.
