Proppel was born from the desire to connect companies with outstanding talent in Latam to help them grow faster. This is our founder’s story.
“I was born in Argentina, so I know the quality of the talent in Latam is outstanding.
I moved to the UK in 2015, and in 2017, I founded my first business, a digital marketing agency. This gave me the opportunity to start hiring people in Argentina to accelerate our growth.
Since I was already doing it for my own company, I thought we could also do it for others, and that’s why Proppel was born in 2024.
Proppel’s mission is to connect the best talent in Latam with the most exciting companies in the US and UK.
